Baby, it’s cold outside!

If you’re like me, you love your protein powder, but cold smoothies in the winter? Not so much.

Introducing protein powder matcha latte, the yummiest afternoon drink to top up your protein intake!


Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

1/2 scoop of pure Paleo, vanilla protein powder by designs for health (Order through Fullscript)

One cup of organic non-GMO soy milk 

Half to one cup of boiling water 

Honey or maple syrup to taste


Instruction:

> In a small saucepan, heat the soy milk until it is almost boiling

> Add the protein powder and matcha to a wide-mouth mug.

> Pour in the warmed soy milk and blend with an immersion blender for a few seconds, being careful not to spill.

> Top up the rest of the mug with boiling hot water

> Add honey or maple syrup to taste, and enjoy!
