# Muscle is Medicine - Registration Fee - Returning Athlete

Join one of our Muscle is Medicine programs -- Learn To Lift OR Get Stronger -- 8-week, in-person, small group training program for women who want to get strong in midlife and beyond.

PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE REGISTERING

IF YOU'RE A RETURNING ATHLETE ONLY you may use the coupon code VETERAN at check out to save on the registration fee. If the code is used by new athletes an invoice for the remainder of the payment will be invoice and your space will not be reserved in the class until the invoice is paid. 

Terms and conditions

BY MAKING THIS PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO 

- Have a one-on-one virtual or in person visit with Dr Shivaune to maintain your doctor-patient status, which is a requirement of the program. New patients must either book a pre-program assessment ($195 no tax) or a comprehensive adult intake ($279); past patients who have not had a one-on-one visit with Dr Shivaune within the last 6 months must book at pre-program reassessment ($165 no tax).
- Do your very best to attend each group session and pay the session fee of $65, and inform us ahead of time if you will be absent for group session and agree that any cancellations within 24 hrs will incur a $65 missed session fee
- Carefully review the payment information prior to registering. The total cost of the program is dependent on 1. whether or not you are already a current patient of Dr Shivaune's, and 2. whether or not you are a new or returning athlete, AND 3. how many sessions you attend. Please see the website FAQs for details, or send us an email at info@thrivingfamilies.ca with any questions.

1. The programs run 1x week for 10 weeks from the week of SEPTEMBER 14TH TO THE WEEK OF NOV 17TH OR 24th*

*NO SESSION ON MONDAY OCTOBER 13TH -- MAKE UP DAY IS MONDAY NOVEMBER 24TH

*NO SESSION ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 14TH -- MAKE UP DAY IS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 28TH

2. Please register for ONE of the following programs - Learn To Lift OR Get Stronger

Class times are:

Learn to Lift : MONDAYS at 7:30pm   please join the waiting list

AND/OR FRIDAYS at 12 noon

Get Stronger: TUESDAYS at 7:30pm

** YOU MAY ATTEND MORE THAN ONE SESSION PER WEEK at a cost of $65 per session - please indicate this in the form or email us at info@thrivingfamilies.ca**

3. The online program materials are available in an on-demand platform, access for which is given at the time of registration. 

4. All sessions take place at Bomb Fitness 862 Kingston Road. One-on-one re/assessments can either take place virtually or in office at 902 Kingston Road.
