# Get Stronger

##### As your hormones and physiology change, traditional advice like “eat less, move more” often stops working. In midlife, progress requires a smarter, more intentional approach — not harder workouts or more cardio.

##### Get Stronger is a 10-week, small-group strength, nutrition, and lifestyle program designed specifically for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond who are ready to train with purpose.

##### This program blends evidence-based strength training with hormone-informed nutrition and recovery strategies to help you regain control of your body composition, energy, and long-term health — without the intimidation of a traditional gym environment.

Registration fees can be submitted to health spending accounts, if available.

Many extended health insurance plans cover naturopathic services.

Group sessions are billed as naturopathic care

Coverage depends on your individual plan

Any portion not covered by insurance may be claimed as an eligible medical expense on your income tax return. The Canada Revenue Agency recognizes naturopathic services as eligible medical expenses.
