This is our spin on the Oh She Glows Green Monster Smoothie, and is a favourite in our house. Our toddler asks to make is most mornings (#momwin). It’s truly delicious, nourishing and energizing.

### Recipe:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 avocado (optional, for texture)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1-2 cups milk alternative (we use cashew, macadamia or oat)
- water to fill the rest of the blender

### Method:

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 1-2 mins until very smooth. Nobody likes a chunky smoothie. Enjoy!
